To our prospective franchise owners,
The entire world has been affected by restrictions necessary to contain COVID-19. At Window World, our faith and tenacity have helped us through trying periods in the past, and I am confident that our core values will guide us through these unprecedented times.
While we place the health and safety of our customers and staff as our highest priority, we’d like you to know that we remain active in new franchise development efforts. Our timeline from initial interest, through the discovery process, to franchise signing and store opening can range from 4-6 months. Window World will be using this time to seek its next great franchisees. We all know this too shall pass. It’s important to take the initiative to be prepared for the opportunities ahead. Now is a great time for you to discover why Window World is an unparalleled franchise opportunity and position yourself for success as we bounce back from these challenging times.
As for today, we recognize that this pandemic may significantly impact all of us in our ability to conduct “business as usual.” We are also cognizant of our franchise owners’ need to have their business remain viable, productive, and successful, while working within the constraints that various governmental bodies and agencies are placing upon them.
We are committed to the success of our franchise network and supporting owners with the resources and tools they need. From keeping a constant line of communication open with our corporate team, to providing marketing and communications support through our online Owners Portal, to staying updated with key vendor partners to ensure supply chain distribution, we are here for our family of stores.
Be assured, we value our Window World family members’ health, well-being, and safety above all else. We ask them to follow the latest recommendations concerning the virus from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including signs, symptoms, and recommended practices for employers.
